‘’We come to spend a few days in the hotel and come delighted Magic Fenicia, relax for their heated pool and Jacuzzi which was great because it was raining a few times and we had to use it to relax in the Jacuzzi, employees that let you feel like home, doing everything possible so that everything stay pleasant, the hosts very friendly and fun and the manager super thoughtful so you can be comfortable. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable, food very good, and TI card (all included) you can eat and drink what you want during the day. It is also near by the beach and the park of Elche. I say goodbye by congratulating Mr. Santiago for the great team he has formed there and looking forward to return soon to see everyone.’’

The best option if you decide to go to Benidorm

‘’We were at the Fenicia Hotel in Benidorm in August and first of all I have to acknowledge the great kindness of its staff. We are regular customers and this year we noticed a marked improvement in all services and operation of its facilities. The truth is that the great team that the management counts with is very professional, friendly and helpful which is what we expect. They help you always and are always at your disposal, especially the Maitre, the chief of reception and in particular the manager who is a real gentleman. To me you are the best and the best option to go to Benidorm especially when the Hotel is very well located.

‘’We spent seven fantastic days, the human factor of all employees and the quality of services is to congratulate the management. The hotel needs some minor repair, but the care received outweigh the rest. The pool, Jacuzzi, solarium terrace, very pleasant. The food and desserts good and variety in abundance and on the same you have beer, wine, soft drinks such as cola, and seven up beyond measure. The proximity of the beaches, great.
The only problem was that the entrance to the dining room, there is no order and sometimes we had to wait for some first beginners to leave, better wait at the door and we designate a table. Otherwise THANKS TO ALL EMPLOYEES. Almost any downtown hotel have a garage, this presents a problem.”

Brilliant!!! what more can i say!!

A comment let on Tripadvisor:

Had a fantastic time in benidorm this year, stayed at the hotel fenicia and it was fabulous, Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. the food was great with plenty of choice. I took full advantage of the heated pool, gym and sauna and got a lovely tan on the roof top solarium. The staff were friedly and very helpful and had a great time watching the different evening shows. Will definately be staying here again next year.

havent actually stayed here yet, me and my hubby to be are going to be there on 3rd of sept have read good and bad points about the hotel so hope our honeymoon goes ok :O will let everyone know how it was lol. dont mind too much as long as its clean and cheerful, didnt realise some rooms have no balcony’s tho as we usually love sittin out on the balcony, been to benidorm many times and love it tho this is first time stayin in old town, fingers crossed we still have a lovely time :D
miss phillips soon to be miss hand lol. xx

will update future travellers on what hotel like when back. x

Nice hotel in the old town

Let’s enjoy a post shared by a satisfied customer.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were large and clean, the roof terrace was nice for sunbathing and looked out over the beach/harbour (although there seems to have been a pool there in the past which would have been nice if it still was - rather than just the kids splash zone) the location was excellent, one block from the beach and old town. The food was a bit bland (we were all inclusive) but on the whole it was a great value for money break.

just got back from a week at the fencia had a great time room and hotel very clean, service exelent, food great lots of english food for us that are not adventouras, would go again.

Room Tip: not sure but think rooms with sea view dont have balconeys, personaly i prefer a balcony to a sea view
